Rogar's Huge Stone is a Legendary ring in Diablo III. It requires character level 31 to drop.
This ring is known for its unique affix that increases Life regeneration by 0.75-1% of the player's Life per Second statistic for every 1% of maximum Life lost. This means that half of the ring's maximum regeneration bonus is in effect while at exactly 50% of your maximum life, and gaining the full maximum regeneration bonus is logically impossible because that requires being at 0% of maximum life, which is when the player's character dies.
This ring can combine well with a Molten Wildebeest's Gizzard, helping to keep the player alive under fire by potentially recovering more Life per second than one loses from enemy attacks. Necromancers can also use a Lornelle's Sunstone to greatly magnify the effectiveness of this combination.

The history of the large azure gem set in this ring is unknown. Some scholars surmise it was crafted by the ancient nephalem using techniques now lost, while other believe it was fashioned from the crystalized blood of Anu himself. Regardless of its origin, the gem acts as a lodestone for arcane power, drawing it in, and then focuses it through its facets to heal the ring's wearer.

A bug used to exist where if a character wore both Rogar's Huge Stone and Molten Wildebeest's Gizzard, the game would crash.[1]
