The Ring of Truth is a Unique Ring from Diablo I which is obtained from Pepin when the Poisoned Water Supply quest is completed. At lower levels it is a very decent Ring, though later in the game many other Unique and Magical rings surpass it.

This ring can be obtained in Diablo III during The Darkening of Tristram event. It drops from a Resplendent Chest in Dark Passage.
