Requiem Cereplate is a Legendary chest armor in Diablo III, added in patch 2.6.0. It requires character level 70 to drop, and can only be used by Necromancers.
This armor is designed to improve Devour. The unique affix helps prevent the waste of excessive Essence or Life (with proper runes) by making anything above maximum applied over time, giving a chance to benefit from it a bit later, after casting a skill or taking a hit.

- Devour restores an additional 75–100% Essence and Life, and if Devour restores Essence or Life above their respective maximum, the excess is granted over 3 seconds.

Originally fashioned for a king's burial, it was instead entrusted to a Priest of Rathma, who began the tradition of passing it on to the worthiest champions of the necropolis.
