Red Dust is a type of currency in Diablo IV.
Red Dust is obtained by purifying Seeds of Hatred. Unlike the seeds, Red Dust is not dropped by the player if they are killed in Fields of Hatred. Red Dust can be spent at PvP cosmetic and mount vendors for ornamental rewards.[1]
The maximum amount you can carry at anytime is exactly 750,000 (confirmed).
