Rea is the former wife of Edlin, and unrequited love of Lyndon.
Biography[]
"Where is she now?"
"Well, she did what all unreasonable women do: married the wrong man."
- Lyndon and The Nephalem(src)
Rea grew up in Kingsport. Lyndon fell in love with her, but she ended up marrying his brother, Edlin, instead.
Things went awry when Edlin was imprisoned for a heist gone wrong, while Lyndon was able to escape Kingsport.[1] Ever since, Rea believed Lyndon was responsible for Edlin's imprisonment, and eventually convinced Edlin of the same. Lyndon sent gold to Rea to help pay off his brother's debt, and keep her children fed, but she never responded.[2]
In 1285, Edlin and a number of other prisoners were transferred from the Kingsport jail to the one in Westmarch, prior to the Reapers' attack on the city. Rea killed him in there and left behind a note, which Lyndon found (along with his brother's body).[3]
