Ray of Frost

Class: Wizard (Diablo Immortal)

Cooldown: 0.5 seconds

Channel a beam of frost in a direction, continually dealing damage to all enemies caught in the beam and inflicting 12% Chill for 1.5 to 4 seconds, stacking up to 6 times. Using Ray of Frost consumes energy, which recovers while Ray of Frost is not in use.

Ray of Frost is a Wizard skill in Diablo Immortal. A beam of frost shoots out from the Wizard. Press the button once to start the beam, press again to stop. It can stack with Ice Crystal, where if the ray hits the crystal, the crystal will shatter, sending ice shards in all direction.[1][2]

Modifications[]

  • Blizzard: Ray of Frost now channels a blizzard around you, continually damaging and Chilling nearby enemies. It is unlocked by equipping the Legendary armor Robes of the Avalanche.
    • Can be channeled while moving.
  • Concentrated Cool: Ray of Frost now dissipates into a cloud of frost against the first enemy it hits, dealing damage and Chilling all nearby enemies. Ray of Frost Damage Increased by 18.0%. It is unlocked by equipping the Legendary armor Fanciful Finesse.
  • Focused Entropy: Ray of Frost now unleashes a stronger instantaneous beam after a short delay, damaging and freezing all enemies in its path. It is unlocked by equipping the Legendary chest armor Kyn's Cyroclasp.
  • Phantom Ray: Ray of Frost now creates an illusion that channels a beam of frost in the targeted direction, continuously dealing damage to all enemies caught in the beam and inflicting 12% Chill for 5 seconds, stacking up to 6 times. It is unlocked by equipping the Legendary chest armor Waking Invocation.

Buffs[]

  • Cyromancer's Helm:Ray of Frost range increased by 29%.
  • Hoarfrost Spaulders: Ray of Frosts Critical Hit Chance is increased by 66.5% against Frozen enemies.
  • The Enervators: Ray of Frost now creates a stacking ice shield when damaging an enemy, absorbing damage and preventing knockback while active. A shield stack can be gained no more than once every 0.5 seconds, stacking up to 10 times. Shield Effect Increased by 54.0%.
