Rallying Cry is a Defensive skill used by Barbarian in Diablo IV, combining the elements of Shout, War Cry and Ignore Pain.
In-game[]
Affects the entire party, and all effects are multiplicative to other similar modifiers. Rallying Cry can be cast by the Barbarian even if they are Stuned or Frozen, and it breaks all forms of Crowd Control on allies instantly.
Additional Ranks grant:
- +1 Fury generated per Rank
- +1% Movement Speed per Rank
- +1% Damage Reduction per Rank
Counts as Shout and Warlord skill.

- Endless Fury (5): Fury generation increased by 2% per point.
- Booming Voice (5): Shout durations are increased by 10% per point.
- Guttural Yell (5): Shouts cause enemies in the area to deal 10% less damage per point for 5 seconds.
