Que-Hegan is the highest divine authority of the Zakarum faith. Khalim once held this high-ranking role for a time, but was slaughtered when he did not turn to the ways of Mephisto. Sankekur was Khalim's successor as Que-Hegan, and sent a message to the Archbishop Lazarus informing him of the imprisoned Prime Evil. Sankekur eventually became the host for the Lord of Hatred.
