A Pustulant Hulk
Pustuant Hulks are an undead variant of nightmare. Unlike other nightmares, they are likely the result of the Black Mists animating a corpse.
In-game[]
Pustuant Hulks are featured as monsters in Diablo Immortal. They can be found at the Misty Valley and Silent Monastery of Mount Zavain.
Pustuant Hulk passively release Black Mists, which steadily drains Life if the player remains close to them. They have 3 active attacks; a claw swipe, a charge and slam.
