Primeval Hunter in-game

The Primeval Hunter is a type of beast enemy only encountered in the Greyhollow Island zone of Adventure Mode in Act V of Diablo III.

Primeval Hunters appear like oversized red wolves with enormous fangs, and do not have any special abilities. They may spawn in packs from 1-3 to 10+, not mentioning support of other monsters. They run very quickly, and may efficiently block path.

Visually, they look exactly like Companion wolves, except for color.

Aletur has a pack of dozen or so war wolves of unique blood and white color.
