Power & Command is a 2-star legendary gem in Diablo Immortal.
Stats[]
- Power and Command alternates states every 9 seconds. Power increases your Primary Attack damage by X%. Command increases all other skill damage by X%. Each time these states alternate, you have a Y% chance to dispel a harmful effect from yourself.

Awakening[]
Power & Command requires the following Legendary Gems to activate Resonance set bonuses after Awakening:
- Berserker's Eye (1-star, unlocks at Rank 4)
- The Hunger (2-star, unlocks at Rank 6)
- Bloody Reach (2-star, unlocks at Rank 8)
The following Resonance set bonuses can be activated after reaching the needed Resonance from the above gems:
- 10: Primary Attack damage increased by 3%
- 30: Skill damage increased by 2%
- 50: Damage done increased by 1% per party member
The following Legendary Gems require Power & Command to activate Resonance set bonuses after Awakening:
- Lightning Core (2-star, at Rank 6)
- Follower's Burden (2-star, at Rank 6)
- Bloody Reach (2-star, at Rank 8)
- Mother's Lament (2-star, at Rank 8)
- Gloom Cask (5-star, at Rank 5)
