The Portal Device
The Portal Device is a magical teleportation device developed by Zoltun Kulle. It was located in his private sanctum inside the Library of Zoltun Kulle. It was used by a hero/group of heroes to reach the Chaos Engine, using the last of its magical energies.[1]
A similar portal device is located underneath Westmarch, which leads to the Sanctum of Iben Fahd.[2]
