Port Justinian is the main port of the island of Bilefen, located on the western side of the island.[1] It was one of the most vital and unspoiled shipping destinations in the Twin Seas.[2]
Lore[]
Port Justinian is a colony/trading outpost of Westmarch.[3] It is administered by Talva Silvertongue,[4] and relies on travelers and traders to survive.[5]
Over the years, numerous relics taken from the Temple of Namari passed through the port. However, misfortune followed these relics, and eventually, the port stopped seeing them.[6]
1270, the town was attacked by Fetish and set ablaze. They were repelled by the Shard-seeker, but not before a number of the port's inhabitants were killed[6] or abducted,[7] The port itself also suffered heavy damage. In response, Westmarch offered bounties to adventurers to attack the Fetish in their own village.[3]
Compounding issues was the plague that was spreading across Bilefen, which reached the port and caused its animals to start dying. Foul Raptors were suspected to be the vector, and adventurers were requested to clear thin their numbers.[8]
