Pig Sticker is a Legendary dagger in Diablo III. It requires character level 29 to drop.
The special affix is purely cosmetic (and cannot be extracted into Kanai's Cube), sometimes emitting a pig squealing sound on hit.
The true unique feature of this dagger is its tremendous attack speed, as well as being the only weapon in game to increase damage against Humans, and one of the two items (the other being Monster Hunter) to increase damage against Beasts. Both affixes can be re-rolled.
The total amount of affixes on this dagger is as high as eight (5 Primary + 3 Secondary).
