A Pain Scribe
Pain Scribes are a race of demons in service to Skarn.
In-game[]
Pain Scribes appear as monsters in Diablo Immortal. They can be found at the Plains of Torment within the Realm of Damnation. They are normally seen leading hellhounds to hunt. They also throw rotten meat at elusive prey to drive the hounds into a frenzy.
