Overlook Road is the zone in which all playable characters (and follower, if the storyline have already been completed at least once) will spawn at the beginning of Act I of Diablo III.
The player will encounter a few Risen Dead along the road before reaching Captain Rumford at the gates of New Tristram. It's a good place to test the character attack as there's barely any danger.
