An Oblivion Pillar
Oblivion Pillars are a feature of Diablo Immortal introduced in the Precipice of Horror update. They are placed in locations to act as beacons for Terror Rifts to open.[1]
Gameplay[]
To access an Oblivion Pillar, a player must be at Inferno I difficulty or higher, and must have Terror Essence on hand. Oblivion Pillars can be found near where Terror Rifts spawn in each zone and are accessible at any time. Terror Essence can be used to ascertain the pillar's location. Once headed to a pillar, waves of native supercharged monsters (or Treasure Goblins) will rush the player. The player must hold their ground, survive increasingly vigorous attackers, and wipe the mosnters out before the clock runs out. Prizes for completing an Oblivion Pillar include Eternal Equipment.
