Oblivion Awaits — Meet Rayek at the Central Square

Class: Rayek, you look concerned. Something stirring within the Einfrinn Tree?^[1]
Rayek; Hmm? No, not here—everywhere else, though. You've seen them, right? These "Terror Rifts" that keep appearing randomly. Well, not randomly, if my theory is correct.
Class: Diablo's influence grows. He is not just whispers and visions anymore. If you have something that will help, tell me.
Rayek: Funny you mention visions. I extracted this sticky substance from one of those rifts... Terror Essence. When I touched it, I saw a vision... of sorts. It showed me a pillar standing where a Terror Rift later formed. It showed me a beacon for the rifts!
I call it an Oblivion Pillar! It's not the only one... can't be. With Terror Essence you can find more, destroy them, and maybe slow Diablo's plans. Be prepared for a hell of a fight. His servants will not let them crumble unchallenged. (gives the Terror Essence to the player and leaves the scene)
