Note that this item only spawns in Patch 1.10 or later. If one possesses a Nosferatu's Coil from Patch 1.09 and below, once they upgrade to v1.10, it will change its name to Siggard's Stealth. All other statistics remain the same. The reason for this name change is unknown.
