Nine Toads, Terror of the Borderlands is a unique Accursed in the Desolate Sands of Diablo III. The Clipper is a Transmogrification item that he can drop upon death (in Patch 2.6 and later) and the item itself has a very low spawn rate.

In combat, Nine Toads has Plagued and Jailer affixes, and may hurl Poison orbs.
