Nikkorax, Converted Innkeeper is a unique Summoner of the Dead found in Act V of Diablo III as the "boss" of the The Haunted Inn event. He appears in the Haunted Inn itself where the event takes place, presumably as its former innkeeper.
In combat, he has the Teleporter trait, and summons Vicious Hounds, Revenant Archers and Revenant Soldiers, instead of Shadows like other Summoners of the Dead. He is also able to create Frost explosions anywhere across the inn, which deal high instant Cold damage although they do not Freeze anyone.
