Nayr's Black Death is a legendary two-handed scythe for the Necromancer in Diablo III. It requires character level 70 to drop.
The unique affix multiplicatively boosts all damage done by any Poison skills upon casting any skill with the Poison damage type (the only Poison skill by default is Death Nova, all others need to be modified by a skill rune). This effect stacks up to 6 times (maximum number of active skills), but only one stack per skill can be active at a time. Each different cast (not the same as previous one) refreshes the duration of all stacks. Active/Passive skills must be actually cast to trigger this effect.
