Myken's Ball of Hate is a Legendary Source for the Wizard in Diablo III. It requires character level 31 to drop.
With this Source, Electrocute can hit the enemies it already hit with the chain jumps. However, it cannot hit the same target if that is the only one in range (i.e. it does not have any other enemies to jump to), and the source has no effect with Lightning Blast or Arc Lightning runes.
