My Father's House is the seventh of the storyline quests released with the Destruction's Wake update in Diablo Immortal. It begins immediately after An Elder's Hope, once the player enters Shieldholm. Completing this quest unlocks Hateful Blessings.

Objectives[]

  • Kill the Constructs (0/6).
    (The Fire of Life has driven Shieldholm's golems mad just as surely as it has afflicted others. Stop them and proceed deeper into the temple.)
  • Explore Shieldholm.
    (To empower the Pathstone, you need to find a shrine at Shieldholm's edges. Continue deeper into the temple.)
  • Defeat Cultists and Constructs (0/13).
    (The Cult of Terror has broken into Shieldholm. Don't let them stand in your way.)
  • Look for the Shrine.
    (You've defeated a group of cultists — move deeper into Shieldholm and look for the shrine you seek.)
  • Head deeper into Shieldholm.
    (The ruin of Shieldholm is blocking your path. Look for another way to proceed deeper.)
  • Destroy the Constructs (0/15).
    (Rampant golems block your path. Defeat them.)
  • Kill the Cultists (0/10).
    (Kill the Cultists.)
  • Place the Pathstone (0/1).
    (The Pathstone can lower the barrier between wings of Shieldholm. Use it and continue forward.)
  • Find the Shrine to Inarius.
    (Inarius's shrine is near; find it and empower the Pathstone.)
  • Place the Pathstone (0/1).(1)
    (Restore the Pathstone at the shrine of Inarius.)
  • Return to the Veiled Spring (0/1).
    (Using Geherit's magic, return to the Veiled Spring.)
    • Enter the Veiled Spring
    • Use the Pathstone
    • Talk to Geherit
    • Talk to Zatham
    • Talk to Geherit
    • Enter the Caverns of Penance

A little bit ahead, Akinees (protected by a barrier) attempts to use the shard to break a barrier with the help of some golems

After defeating the Golems
  • Akinees: (retrieves the shard) The Heart belongs to Him. You will not have it.
    (summons terror cultists) Prove yourselves. Deal with this. (disappears)
After defeating the Cultists
  • Class: It should be safe to lower the barrier.

  • Geherit: Couple it with the Mother's legacy, and we can do more than defend the Ancients' Cradle. We can renew it.
  • Class: Have you heard from Zatham?
