Mourneskull is a 2-star legendary gem in Diablo Immortal.

- Dealing damage calls the spirit of the Lich King from within Mourneskull to drain the souls of nearby enemies, granting you Royal Dominion for 6 seconds, increasing all damage you deal by X%, up to a maximum of 2*X% if at least 3 enemies were drained. While Royal Dominion is active, your attacks will also unleash 2 Vile Spirits at nearby enemies every second that explode on contact, dealing Y% base damage to all enemies near their target. Cannot occur more often than once every 20 seconds.

Awakening[]
Mourneskull requires the following Legendary Gems to activate Resonance set bonuses after Awakening:
- Exigent Echo (1-star, unlocks at Rank 4)
- Igneous Scorn (2-star, unlocks at Rank 6)
- Tear of the Comet (2-star, unlocks at Rank 8)
The following Resonance set bonuses can be activated after reaching the needed Resonance from the above gems:
- 10: Primary Attack damage increased by 3%
- 30: Skill damage increased by 2%
- 50: Damage done increased by 1% per party member
Availability[]
At the time of its release, Mourneskull could be obtained like other Legendary Gems (crest drops and crafting). However its status was changed after the end of the Eternal War event. New copies can no longer be created, although any existing unbound ones can be sold on the Market. It is also possible to upgrade existing copies by substituting the missing rank 1 copies for 4 Telluric Pearls each. This crafting option only appears when selecting the rank 1/3/5 copy slot on the gem upgrade screen if there are enough Telluric Pearls and Gem Fragments in the player's inventory to craft the copy at the respective rank.
