Mountains of Justice are a Pants piece of the Patterns of Justice set in Diablo III.
They only drop at character level 70, and only at Torment difficulty. Note that they can only be worn by Monks.

Set Bonuses:
- Sweeping Wind gains the effect of every rune and increases movement speed by 5% per stack (2 pieces)
- Attacking with Tempest Rush reduces damage taken by 50% and increases Spirit Regeneration by 50 (4 pieces)
- Attacking with Tempest Rush while Sweeping Wind is active will temporarily increase the size of Sweeping Wind, and increases all damage by 15,000% (6 pieces)
