Monster Traits (also called Monster Affixes)[1] in Diablo Immortal are special abilities added to Champion, Rare, Ancient and Unique monsters. These traits appear beneath the name of the monster. The number of traits depends on the type of elite monster
- Champion Monsters have 1 trait.
- Rare Monsters have 2 traits.
- Ancient Monsters have 1 - 3 traits.
- Unique Monsters have 1 - 3 random traits, 2 and fixed traits.

Many traits from Diablo III appear in Diablo Immortal. They are not explicitly named, and the names mentioned below are the names given to their counterparts in Diablo III.
Some monsters have abilities similar to some of the traits, though they are normally preceded by short animations.
