Lore[]
Reaching out to the heavens, the Sorceress calls down a falling star to strike her adversaries. This is one of the strongest of her spells, capable of reducing large areas to cinders. During the Vactayan uprising, a Sorceress by the name of Hepsheeba took pity on the plight of the revolutionaries, and joined their cause. During the final battle of the conflict she cast this spell to great effect, single-handedly destroying the entirety of Lord Bareen's troops and delivering the Vactayans from his tyranny.

Meteor is among the most powerful of a Sorceress' Fire Spells. Combined with synergies, it is potentially one of her most powerful spells.
One part Fire Wall and one part Fire Ball, Meteor has two damage-dealing parts. When cast, a flaming target appears on the ground. After several seconds, a meteor then strikes the ground, and the impact causes a large amount of damage. From the impact site rises a patch of fire 4 yards long, and enemies that survived the strike are caught in its wake.
Due to the amount of time it takes for Meteor to strike the ground, Meteor is a little bit difficult to master, especially when retreating from enemies. It is easiest to aim with the help of party members or Hirelings, when enemies are standing still and easily at the mercy of Meteor.
When combined with Fire Mastery, good equipment, and synergies, Meteor can easily hit for over 10,000 damage. Even with minimal synergies, Meteor is extremely powerful. This is why Meteor is chosen as one skill of the popular Meteorb Sorceress.
