Message in Blood is the third of the storyline quests released with the Terror's Tide update of Diablo Immortal. It starts immediately after Terror's Tide, once the player arrives at end of the trail. It is immediately succeeded by Voice in The Coffin.

(Cultists of Terror have swarmed the church. Cover Cecil's escape and dispatch them)

Disrupt the ritual that has tainted the area

Just as the ritual is disrupted, Terror Cultists ambush the player
