The Memory of Tal Rasha is an NPC in Diablo Immortal.
Biography[]
Tal Rasha and his fellow Horadrim imbued their essence in a crystal during the Dark Exile, storing their memories for future Horadrim.
In 1270, the Shard-seeker awoke Cain's memory, under direction by the Memory of Iben Fahd.[1]
In-game[]
The Memory of Jered Cain appears as part of the Legacy of the Horadrim system.
His in-game description is simply "Tal Rasha," but has been called "Memory of" here to distinguish him from his progenitor.
Tale[]
When I was younger, I visited the court of Coshumat, the Halfwit Count. I bestowed that name upon him because he ruled over starving fiefs, yet refused bread and succor to those who did not impress him. All that impressed him was trial by combat.

Coshumat kept a retinue of ten burly show fighters he called the Eminents. As I arrived, they had just finished with a man who begged relief for his village after a poor harvest. The count asked him to endure thirty strikes from the Eminents, and watched attentively as they beat the man unconscious with the flats of their swords.
