Meat or Treat was a Halloween-themed event for Diablo IV. It launched on October 29, 2024[1] and lasted until November 5, 2024.[2] It had event-exclusive cosmetics and encounters.[3]

"Meat or Treat, feel Hell’s heat, give me something bloody to eat!" - The Butcher
During the event, players could meat or treat using shrines within dungeons. Activating the shrine could spawn Treasure Goblins or Burning Butcher demons. A "cobweb-covered Cosmetic straight from Sarat’s Lair" set, Hallowed Treasures, could be claimed from the shop while the event was active.
