Manald Heal is a Legendary ring in Diablo III. It requires character level 28 to drop.
As of patch 2.4.3, it gained a unique affix: any enemy stunned with Paralysis will also take a huge Lightning damage blow, regardless of the attack's Proc Coefficient.
Because Paralysis works on a 'per cast' basis not 'per hit', a single proc of Paralysis can trigger Manald Heal's damage multiple times. Examples of skills that can do this include any skill that deals damage multiple times from 1 cast, such as Arcane Torrent (when using the Static Discharge rune) or Archon's Disintegration Wave (when dealing Lightning damage).
The damage is applied even when Paralysis' stun effect is ignored due to CC resistance ramp.
Stuns caused by Wyrdward do not proc Manald Heal, and any items that can deal lightning-based damage procs also cannot proc its effect (such as Thunderfury or Wreath of Lightning). This is because Paralysis can only be applied directly from lightning damage skills cast by the player.
Its damage does not proc Area Damage and has no internal cooldown in place.

Originally the bonus was intended to work differently:
- Lightning damage done by your Arcane Power spender skills does an additional 20-25% of the damage over 5 seconds. This damage-over-time effect can be refreshed by additional Lightning damage and stacks.
- Prior to 2.4.3, it was one of the two rings, the other being Stone of Jordan, and one of the few non-class-specific items capable of increasing the maximum resources of any class.
