Man Prodder is a Normal Polearm in Diablo III. It was added in patch 2.4.1.
It is intended to be used for Transmogrification, and drops with 100% chance from Lord of Bells. It also has a small chance to drop off other Rift Guardians.
As it is a Normal item, it can be traded among players once acquired.

Originally, this weapon was Legendary, had a name of Foushee Voulge, and a description as follows:
Commissioned by Emperor Hakan II to outfit his Imperial Guard, the Foushee weaponsmiths involved in the creation of this ceremonial polearm made every effort to ensure the voulge would be as effective in combat as on the parade grounds, and it shows. Well balanced, sturdy, and razor sharp, this weapon was instrumental in maintaining order during Caldeum's siege.
