Malignant Rings

Malignant Rings are a type of item in Diablo IV. They are available from World Tier III.

The rings drop exclusively from Varshan, and are available in both the Eternal and Seasonal Realms. They drop exclusively from Varshan, and each ring corresponds to a class.
