Lost Runes is the fifth Library of Zoltun Kulle quest in Diablo Immortal. It leads on directly from Restoring Order, and leads directly into At Its Core.
Description[]
The first rune is protected by an arcane trap. Decipher its mysteries and the rune is yours.
As the nine lamps glow with magical light, the rune is freed. Return it to the Statue of Resurgence.
Another rune can be found nearby, guarded by a fiery elemental sprit. Defeat the guardian and claim the rune.
Obtain the second rune and return to the statue's base.
The final rune lies within an extradimensional space powered by magics thought to be lost since Horazon's age. Enter the altered reality and obtain the rune hidden within.
The last rune is finally in your possession. Bring it to the statue so that the Curator's strength may be restored.
Power surges through the statue once more. Enough to restore the Curator's strength and allow him to exert more control over the ruinous library.

Transcript[]
- The Curator: Obtaining the runes may require some will to accomplish. Good luck.
- Class: That tablet contains one of the runes. There's an inscription: "I awaken when nine flames burn bright. Making one as day, makes others as night. Touching the tablet rekindles your plight."
- Class: It's some form of test. Ugh, I despise tests. Best get to it.
- The Curator: That was fast. The second rune is powering the magic circle over there. Defeat its guardian and it's yours.
- Grimaldi: Prove your worth.
- The Curator: Well done.
- The Curator: The final rune rests in a world that is a reflection of ours. Try not to lose perspective in there.
- Class: Where am I? This place is...cold. Ruinous. Am I inside the mirror, or beyond it?
- Class: The magic of this place is affecting the rune. It's ethereal...Wait, something happened when I touched it.
- Class: Light?
- Class': He scrawled a message at the bottom: "Moving the mirrors is just the beginning. They're lying in wait. Ready to att-" The rest of the message is stained in blood.
- Hungering Echo: !su sniatsus ti !won sruo si enur ehT (spelt backwards: The rune is ours now! It sustains us!)
- Class
- Barbarian: Oh, how I missed warmth. Alright, time to get back to the Curator.
- Necromancer (Diablo Immortal)|Necromancer]]: Oh, it's good to feel warmth again. Now to put this last rune in its place...
- The Curator: Ah, my strength returns to me. I can feel the magic coursing already!
- The Curator: Excellent. The damage you've done to me has finally been erased. We are even now, not-thief. (cut line)
- The Curator: Now, for our arrangement. In order to restore the library, we must bring the Central Core back to life. We should head there and see the damage done, firsthand.
- The Curator: Only once the core is active will you be able to find the knowledge you seek. Shall we head forth?
