Lord Kertis, Restless Lord of the Marsh, is a Unique Ghost found in the Paths of the Drowned in Act V of Diablo III. He spawns for the Lord of Fools event, and must be killed to complete it.
In life, he was tricked into buying an estate in the marsh. Furious, he swore to build a castle there, which he continues to attempt even after death.
In combat, he has Waller, Electrified and Reflects Damage affixes, and continuously summons Ghosts at his side.
Upon being defeated, he drops Lord Kertis's Journal.
