This skill deals lightning damage to an enemy from a range, while reducing the base damage by 1/4. This skill also converts all physical damage from the javelin itself into lightning damage. It only applies to throws, and not to melee attacks.
Against a lone target with no enemies nearby this skill can actually end up doing more damage than Lightning Fury, although getting up close and stabbing it with Charged Strike is probably a better idea.
