Lieutenant Vachem is an NPC in Act II of Diablo III.
Biography[]
Vachem was a Deceiver demon and member of the Imperial Guard. He was present at the Khasim Outpost. When confronted by The Nephalem, he told them to enter the town's command post to get the key. However, this was a trap. One which The Nephalem thwarted, and slew Vachem.[1]
