Lieutenant Fizriah, Hilts Merchant, is a member of the Westmarch Guard.

Fizriah is a vendor NPC in Diablo Immortal. He appears in Rakkis Plaza in Westmarch. He will introduce himself to the player in the "the Hilts Trader" quest. Afterwards, he is present at Immortals' Overlook. He sells items for hilts.
