Level 3 is the third Cathedral-style level in the original Diablo. The player(s) reaches Level 3 after from a stairway in Level 2. Somewhere in Level 3 there is a stairway to Level 4.

- When the Skeleton King quest is active, somewhere in this level is an entrance to King Leoric's Tomb, where the Skeleton King himself can be found and needs to be slain in order to complete the quest.
