Level 14 is the second Hell-style level in the original Diablo. The player(s) reaches Level 14 after from a stairway in Level 13. Somewhere in Level 14 there is a stairway to Level 15.

If available, the following quest can be done or initiated in Level 14:
- Lachdanan may spawn on this level, giving the player a quest that he share his name with. In it, the player must venture into the level 15 to recover an elixir for him. Upon completion, the player is rewarded with a unique helm.
