Leger's Disdain is a legendary Phylactery for the Necromancer in Diablo III. It requires character level 45 to drop.
The unique affix multiplicatively empowers Grim Scythe, but only for the actual amount of Essence that goes into the character's pool. If at maximum Essence, no damage buff will be provided.
Note that since Grim Scythe restores Essence per enemy hit, not per cast, hitting more than one enemy effectively increases damage to each target on a cast.
