Latimorr Edgars, Hunger of the Damned, is a Unique Risen Dead found in the Mass Grave (accessed through the Old Tristram Road, between Adria's hut and the Cathedral) in Act I of Diablo III.
In combat, he has no affixes, but deals increased melee damage.
