Kyoshiro's Soul is a Legendary belt that was implemented in Patch 2.4.0 of Diablo III. It requires Character Level 21 to drop.
The unique affix is intended for use with Monkey King's Garb to enter each battle with as many charges as possible. Effectively, it awards a stack every 0.5 seconds when there are no enemies around the Monk, even if it had no stacks at all, so it no longer needs to be refreshed between battles. This item also makes it much easier to achieve the Monkey King Set Dungeon objective to sustain the Sweeping Wind for its whole duration.
