Kotuur's Brace was a legendary mighty belt for the Barbarian in Diablo III. It required character level 29 to drop. In patch 2.4.1, it was removed and replaced with Bakuli Jungle Wraps.
It was the only belt in game to grant increased Block chance (up to +11% at level 70).

The mighty Kotuur could easily wrestle a thorned hulk to the ground. Some say this belt was the source of his unsurpassed strength.

- The description may be a reference to Norse mythology, where a belt being the source of inhuman strength is a common motif, most known examples including Thor and the legend of Siegrfied and Brunhilde.
