King's Guardians are unique Punishers found in the Immortal King's Call Set Dungeon in Diablo III.
In combat, they have a Mortar affix and greatly increased damage of their jumps. A total of 7 of them will be found, and all must be slain with both Call of the Ancients and Wrath of the Berserker active.
