The Khazra Abomination
The Khazra Abomination is a mutated khazra, and is the boss of the Forsaken Quarry and Hoarfrost Demise dungeons in Diablo IV.
It attacks through melee, though its swings can send out bile, dealing AOE damage in pools. It can also slam the ground, creating a bile pool.
