Khamsin Edge is a Barbarian cosmetic in Diablo IV. It can be purchased for 1400 platinum.

Once many in number, now few remain to protect their charges. The warriors of Khamsin Edge only have enough strength to support safe travel between oases of Alcarnas and Dahlgur.
