Into the Khazra's Den is the fifth Mount Zavain core quest in Diablo Immortal. It follows from Devious Magic, immediately after talking to Captain Vereks. It is succeeded by The Stranger's Identity.

- Kill the Cultists and unseal the passage
- Find the Cultists Lair
- Defend against the summoned demons
- Talk to the Mysterious Stranger
- Kill the Roiling Horror
- Leave the Khazra Den

Unseal the passage to proceed
- Cultist: Warn Dravec at once!
- At the Cultists' Lair, deep within the Khazra Den
- Mysterious Stranger: ...by flesh be born! By blood find life! Let the Damned serve their Lord!
- A stranger, along with two cultists, summon demons to attack the player. Kill the demons
- Cultist: Our power is nearly spent! The portal will not hold here!
- Mysterious Stranger: Then your purpose has been served.
The Stranger drains the Cultists' essence to continue the ritual
- Class: You must be the "Dravec" these cultists keep shouting for.

Dravec summons the Roiling Horror before teleporting away
- After killing the demon
