Inspiring Presence Passive The duration of the Barbarian's shouts is doubled. After using a shout, the Barbarian and all allies within 100 yards regenerate 3% of maximum Life per second for 60 seconds. Inspiring Presence is a Barbarian passive skill in Diablo III, unlocked at level 20.

In-game

Doubles the duration of all of the Barbarian's shouts (Tactics skills). Allies include followers and pets, and the Life Regeneration bonus is renewed, but does not stack, even if applied by different Barbarians or different shouts.
